She previously served as the President of The LEGACY Center, and her work in True North continues to focus on helping leaders strengthen cultural and organizational health. In addition, Ruth leads a CEO peer group with the global organization, Vistage Worldwide. Her work with intentional values-based cultural development began in 2008, after 20 years working in leadership and team development. She was part of a team that developed a body of work designed to assist companies measurably improve, grow, and protect their values-based culture. True North Culture Advisors emerged in 2023 with the vision to create a generational firm that fostered deep and effective partnerships with their clients.
Ruth has over 25 years of experience in leadership, team, and cultural development in both the private and non-profit sectors and brings a passion to help executives lead with authenticity and intention. For over 20 years, Jen has worked extensively in both international non-profit ministries and corporate America. Her work has focused on developing leadership teams, executive and leadership coaching, and clarifying organizational strategies. Her relationship development skill, coupled with strong operational oversight, has created effective teams across the organization she led. Jen is also a gifted speaker and workshop facilitator.
